Ending the year with Good News!
I would like to end the year with reminding all of us of the good things that are happening at our school. Despite having fewer school days, our teachers carried on with their commitment to provide each and every child an enriched and relevant educational experience. In addition, our parents and community continued to support our school in our endeavors to teach more with less. Following is a snapshot of all the good things that happened at our school this year:
Science Fair, Geography Bee, May Day, Healthy Choices for lunch, STAR reading motivational program, Garden and Nutrition lessons, Career Day, Turkey Trot, Grade 6 Spring Musical, school with the most participants for the OLELO competition and winner of the global warming video challenge.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. We have much to celebrate. Take time this summer to reflect on the good things that are happening. I am looking forward to next year and all the good things that our future holds.
