Last year, the Garden Clubs sent letters to First Lady Michelle Obama when we learned that she had planted a garden at the White House. About a month ago, the Garden Club received a response (see attached letter from the White House). They also sent a recipe for the White House Kitchen Garden Cucumber Soup.
