`Aikahi Elementary School

This year our PBS committee has been very active in providing a school-wide positive behavior support system. They have developed a system where students are recognized for the 5 R’s (respect, responsibility, relationships, and resiliency) by receiving a blue “Catch a Wave” ticket. “Catch a Wave“ tickets are put in a bin for drawing during our once a month assembly. I want to thank all of our PBS committee members for their hard work and numerous hours they have put forth in implementing a school-wide plan that has had such a positive impact on our school culture.
